Position: Senior Research Technician – Bioinformatics.

Current project: Eco-Flow – developing gold standard, nf-core complient Nextflow pipelines for the Agri-Ecology field.

Background: I have a background in Bioinformatics pipeline development, containerisation and infrastructure. Previously I worked on developing high throughput scRNA-seq pipelines. I have experience in multiple workflow engines however I am a strong advocate of Nextflow and nf-core.
