On fieldwork in Trinidad

Position: Post-doctoral research assistant

Project: A NERC project investigating the molecular basis of social evolution in wasps.

Research interests: My major research aim is to use the power of new sequencing technologies to investigate how the genome, transcriptome and proteome link to phenotypic changes. I am interested in how we can combine data from genomics, biochemistry and behavioural experiments to take a systems-biology approach to understanding how phenotypic innovations arise.
